The Bruins game last night was very odd and not only because of the Bruins losing one of their only home losses but because of McDavid's performance. McDavid had not only one of the worst nights of his career but an odd night for any player. He attempted only about 5 shots and only had 3 on goal. Maybe it was just him but the Bruins could have been double teaming him with all their might but it sure was odd for a player like him who is leading the
whole league in points.
In the end the Oilers had a really good game against a team with a record of about 60-9 and only losing 2 other home games.
The moral of the story for the Oilers is that if McDavid doesn't do well then the team has to talk a big game.
It is very rare and when I say it I mean it McDavid has a so called terrible game
