This year's Winter Classic was one of the more memorable ones. Well Fenway Park was a really cool place to play a hockey game and just the feeling of it this year.
The Penguins ended the 2nd period with a 1-0 lead. The last period was the most exciting period in my opinion. The bruins tied the game up with 12 minutes left. But with 5 minutes to go, nobody had scored and you thought for sure this was going to OT. But then with 2 and a half minutes to go the Bruins got their goal.
With a minute left the Penguins pulled DeSmith. with 10 seconds to go the pens got so many shots, but with a second to spare Evgeni Malkin scored, but oh no the refs said it was after the buzzer. I went back to see the goal and watched the clock and the goal was on time!
I guess the refs didn't think that much of it because they didn't review which was dumb because you never know right.
I think this game was good but just at the last second, Next year's Winter C
lassic is in Seattle with Vegas as the away team.
